Wellington Exteriors is a family-run team specialising in exterior building, roofing, repairs and maintenance. We operate throughout Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua and Kapiti.
The business started with the idea of specialising in one area rather than being another do-it-all builder. After looking at a few different options, we noticed there weren’t many builders focused solely on exterior work. Wellington is full of beautiful old villas and homes that always need looking after, so specialising in exteriors felt like a natural fit.
Led by Ned, a builder with 15 years of experience, our team brings together a wide range of skills and experience. Ned's dad Dave brings 40 years of building experience, while Kieran, Joel and Boyd work across building, roofing, plastering and painting. Ned’s wife Anica looks after the admin and accounts side of the business and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Whether it’s tracking down a leak, repairing damaged materials or taking on a larger exterior project, we bring practical advice, specialist knowledge and a straightforward approach to every job.
